General Bug Fixes

• Add a condition to see if the game version has changed and if so clear out persistent options 
• Previously the game would crash because it was not updating the options file with new fields 
• In the future, I'll make options update rather than wipe on updates, but at least the game will run when I make changes to the option menus

Remarks

• Unfortunately, for the time being, we will not be making macOS builds. However, macOS support will come back near the completion of the game. Sorry for the inconvenience!
