Balanced:

• To get 1 refined ore, you need 2 raw (coal is still 1 to 1).
• To get 1 unit of pure sand or soil, you need 4 raw.
• Logs and branches are still 1 to 1.
• Iron Drill now requires 7 sheets of iron instead of 2.
• Smelter now requires 3 refined resources to produce 1 ingot or glass.
