Naikari 0.4.1

We’ve been informed that the Windows build for version 0.4.0 was broken, and while we haven’t run tests, we believe we know the problem and that this should fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience to Windows and Mac users (as we suspect this affects Mac users as well).

This also fixes a regression that made it impossible to select your escorts with the mouse, and adds conversion brackets to the starting missions teaching what the “t” and “¢” suffixes mean.

• Added conversion brackets to the starting missions showing what the “t” and “¢” suffixes mean.
• Reverted the change that causes Target Nearest to exclude escorts, as this caused a regression where you couldn’t target them by clicking on them.
• Reverted an experimental SDL hint which broke the non-Linux builds and likely wasn’t necessary anyway.
