Enabled Run - Start menu.
Fixed STR$ to not round its argument to LONG. This also makes rectangles more crisp, since, on HTML canvasses, they have to be rendered at (x.5, x.5) to not appear blurred.
Made MSGBOX use an HTML form instead of alert(); styled that to look characterised.
Moved Help menu to the right, where it belongs.
Fixed PRINT syntax.
Added documentation.
Implemented menu access keys.
Allowed to close help screen via menu, button or Escape key.
