• fixed getting stuck on water slides in Stage 3 sometimes
• fixed death bug when dying over a bouncing surface
• fixed bug with resetting to checkpoint while respawning
• fixed credits sequence
• fixed Hana's walk animation still playing when collecting a level secret
• added automatic progression to Act 2 of any given level if Act 2 has not been visited yet
• added ability to use mouse buttons for menus
• main menu can now be opened with ESC in addition to TAB
