Mechanics Update 1
Fixes:
- Fixed the camera breaking when a player leaves the game :)
- When the player falls off they will die and are able to respawn :)
Changes:
- Added basic friction mechanics for when you are moving on the floor.
- Increased jump force from 4f to 8f (definitely going to be tweaking this constantly)
- Added health framework coupled with dying and respawning. (Press SPACE to respawn once you are dead)
- When you die your player color turns red. (not network synced)
- Each shot that hits you does 0.5 damage so time to kill is super high right now and I'm going to lower it.
Game Breaking Bugs:
- Shooting another player doesn't lower their health, but shooting yourself lowers your own health.
Pending:
- Procedural health pickups
- Line rendering syncing (hopefully) --- or --- Some kind of muzzle flash system
Health reduction for getting hit (Borken) --- Priority- Network sync player color changes --- Priority
- Rate of fire implementation
- Optimize networked particles
- Improve synced physics transforms.
