Demo 3.2

I noticed a few really tiny glitches, so I figured I'd patch those quickly. I also figured I'd use it as an excuse to do some last minute level design changes.

1. The game now knows whether you're using the keyboard or gamepad and will display prompts accordingly. New button prompts have been added to the title screen and world map.

2. Level design alterations in: Skyway Highway, Toy Block Bridge, Toy Block Secret, Barrel Canyon Cliffs, Shipwreck Poopdeck. Most notably, Shipwreck Poopdeck can be completed a lot faster now if you hustle!

3. A few bug fixes here and there.

No need to update if you don't feel like it, but personally I'd recommend it.
