v0.2 - decks, borders, and backgrounds

Pretty big update here, lots of new features! Deck switching, border options, background selection, and improved line switching while editing.

• Added support for multiple decks!
• Added a new global options menu (Hold d-pad left and press B): Deck management, shuffle, backgrounds, card numbers, font spacing
• Added border selections for individual cards (Light and dark borders included)
• Integrated line switching buttons into the system keyboard, removed old system menu option for choosing which line to edit (see GIF)
