Alpha 0.301 - More Traders and Crafting Improvements
This update mostly adds a variety of traders to Evolved Settlements and improves some crafting/item actions.

- Add Clothing trader to Evolved towns
- Added Security rating of current hex to Rest window
- Added help button to Rest window
- Added popup if player spams attack while out of stamina
- Show current status effects in main game window
- Add multicolumn for quest buttons journal
- Add hoverable number showing which is preferred of Inventory or Ground depending on which tab (Site/Equip/Craft) is selected
- Add Edible tag to Rations and halved weight
- Changed Resource tag to Raw Resource and added it to more items
- Added Refined Resource tag and assigned appropriate items
- Added Scavenger Trader
- Added trading values to lots of items
- Added unknown randomness to raw deposit mining spawns
- Made Underbrush chopping action consistent with raw deposit mining actions
- Increased carry weight from Overconfident status
- Decreased duration of Drunk status from drinking alcohol
- Removed Overconfident effect from eating VitaMight Bread
- Confirm recycling now adds a confirm action button instead of a separate popup
- Add Hex Preview label to bottom right corner to make it clearer what that display is
- Encounters more likely to move around
- Add more digging sound variety
- Add tooltip for all Settler followers
- Add sound effect for making VitaMight Bread, Alcohol Mash
- Add action to feed fruit trees with plant nutrients
- Combined Lifetime modifier and multiplier tooltip into one value
- Rewrote parts of the main quest
- Reduced farm grow times from 35 to 28 days
- Stop showing status icons next to player now that we have status summary on UI
- Doubled weight of Iron armours
- Traders account for item condition in attractiveness when player selling stuff to them
- Trader tooltip includes which tags they trade
- Increase Lighter, Yeast, Plastic Bag, String weight
- Remove forge requirement for crafting iron armour
- Fixed Forge (Lit) not decaying into Forge (Unlit)
- Fixed fertiliser increasing lifetimes instead of decreasing after a certain point
- Fixed potential crash when walking into hex with too much stuff
- Fixed lag from quest choices when lots of checks to make
- Fixed bushland movement cost not matching movement speed
- Fixed Blowtorch not becoming Blowtorch (Empty) when used up
- Fixed no shotguns on bandit/scavenger gangs
- Fix tooltip not updating in Trader window when hovering on it again immediately after repair
- Fixed terrain not updating when doing specific order of save scumming after terrain updated
