Patch: 13.8

A small patch after seeing a few videos of the game! 

• Spinning Car "Wheel" obstacles should now no longer randomly wander and make the car level extremely hard.
• Exiting a room should now remove the crosshair icon from the player if they somehow maintain it post Jack in the Box fight.
