balancing, slight ui improvements

- improved “diminishing returns buff” function
- implemented blobs slowy growing+getting healthier over time (essentially: the blobs get buffed by time, you by kills)
- improved UI controls for controllers (“Button 6 / Start” = ESC, “Button 0 / X / A” = enter)
- made deadzone for joysticks smaller
