Upgrade Tree

The work on the upgrade system is done, 

Now, instead of collecting upgrades, you will mainly upgrade them in the upgrade tree.

Some of them are locked from the start, to collect them (Shield / Blast / Grenade...) you will first need to buy them.

Each range of points spawn a coin in the arena, you can spend it in the upgrade tree.

Settings

The game now has 4 settings in the settings menu:

Enable joystick : Enable or not the joystick controls

Mute audio : Mute the audio

Main and Effects volume: Change the volume
