Deluxe version

Decided to update this game to make it a bit more fun to play. I actually had this update done for a few months, but I was trying to make it run on mobile, which didn't work so well so today I just changed it back to PC/Browser. The original game jam version will still available for download for Windows.

Changes:

• Added title screen with options for music & sound volume as well as a toggle for the random social media notifications
• Optimized the map generator to make the game run a bit smoother + making the maps a more consistent size
• Made the car easier to control
• Improved some sprites
