New power crystal, grants skill Pet Healing.
Heals the most injured pet (only Stalker's hound dog yet).
Crystal helpers like Barrel Destroyer count as pets, but don't have HP to heal (they have charges).
There will be a new quest to unlock it for Gemcutter to sell in the Clan's Domain.
