Translation and new content

The translation of the "Truth and Dare" encounter with Jeff has been finished. This allows you to play much further, without the need to read German text. Tim wakes up now after he might have gotten a bit too excited in his dream...

Additionally, I did setup a new translation side, where everyone now can help translate the current state of the game. Just copy my German text to Google translator and replace the second line.
