Hello itch !
This time, we didn’t wait several months to release a new update of The Arcade Tower (at the same time, it was the summer break ^^). On the menu this week, lots of small bug fixes, some welcome new features and of course, as always, small changes following all your feedback !
Speaking of feedback, thank you to everyone who continues to send in your feedback on the game regularly, it really helps us a lot, so thank you !

What’s new in 1.1.1 update ?
UI and menus
- Added save slots
- You can now have up to 3 save slots, to save multiple games simultaneously on a single device
- The stats menu can show statistics for every save slot
- It is possible to change save slot from the main menu
- Fixed an issue that reset options when the player created a new game
- Fixed an issue that left the feedback interface displayed after pressing ESC in the pause menu
Controls
- It is now possible to use the mouse in the controls
- By default left click is assigned to melee attack and right click is used for bow
- All mouse buttons (including middle button or additional buttons) are supported
- Added additional animations when the player uses the bow while running or jumping
Gameplay
- Increased levers hitbox: it should be easier to activate them now !
- Slight increase in player movement speed in Story Mode (43->46)
- Fixed graphical issues in the first floor of Story Mode
- Fixed a player display issue in the cinematic when starting a new game
- Fixed an issue allowing the player to continue fist attacking during a cutscene
Performance
- Improved performance in Story mode
- Fixed a lag on the music when launching a new part of Endless mode
