Better puzzles, less spam

Small balance stuff, along with two big changes:

1. Puzzle battles now give you a premade deck to solve it with! No need to prep beforehand: just click on a puzzle battle and give it a go! Also, the puzzles are a bit more interesting now.

2. Stones are now capped at 10 copies. For instance, you can no longer build a full deck of 4-stone.
