• Remove main menu start and continue button sound effect (because it gets cut off awkwardly when loading a new level immediately after)
• Remove elevator "Press E to use Elevator" text from staying on screen too long.
• Fix fullscreen resolution display text in settings menu always defaulting to 1280x800 despite changing resolution previously.
