Ver 1.0.1 - Bugfixes for Crash and Shop

Version 1.0.1 Released.
- Fixed game crashing when you level up with all weapons fully upgraded
- Fixed shop incorrect Coin and upgrade state
- Added WASD keys as movement option
- Client should start in windowed mode instead of Exclusive Fullscreen now
