Version 1.0.6: Misc bugfixes

This is just a small update that fixes some small annoyances that slipped through testing.
- Ghost Half will not emit sounds while shooting anymore, since it's almost always so close the sound effects glitch out and generally annoy you.
- Speedrun mode timer wasn't formatted properly (e.g. if a run took over 1 hour the minutes counter would read "61" instead of "01").
- Non-armor-piercing bullets that get blocked by an armored enemy will now harmlessly bounce off to clarify that they don't deal damage instead of just disappearing.
- Stopping time while the nuke countdown is active will pause it.
- Inverted colors effect from stopping time will end prematurely if you clear the level before it runs out (instead of sticking around forever).
- Clarified flavor text to point out that the Michigan Revolver is armor-piercing.
I've intentionally not fixed the "Silver Knives" glitch because I find it too funny, even though I'm worried it'll ruin diversity in the speedrunning scene... we'll see what happens to it in the future.
