Well, it looks like it just takes a really long time to load the game assets for some reason. Not sure how easily this can be fixed. I may try to compress the audio further and see if that helps. Otherwise, just sit on the title page for a few (minutes?) until you hear the music or can start to click on the instructions and gameplay screen.
