So, I didn't like what the Unity CEO said about indie devs. I thought I'd have a look at porting to Godot.
And I'm so glad I did.
It's an amazing game dev environment. Way quicker UI. Much better object model. Built in editor.
It's been a busy month porting over but I'm ready to show the results.
It's back in alpha because:
1. I've redone the mission system and it needs work and
2. I haven't done load and save games or mouse controls yet
3. Planets aren't finished (atmospheres, rings and volcanoes are missing now)
I'd love to hear your feedback though. Give it a go!
The missions as it stands will only take a few minutes to complete. I'll be adding loads more soon.
