This game is about your shenanigans and triumphs as the crew of a Great Lakes tramp freighter configured for dry bulk and a few containers. During the time of the Volstead Act (1920-1933), you openly transport legitimate cargoes, and smuggle other stuff.
The game uses polyhedral dice (according to standard 24XX rules) to assess the outcomes of your actions. Your likelihood of safety (how well you avoid the risks of your actions) will be shaped by your skills. The game has tables for cargoes, destinations, and events both in port and in the Lakes.
