Added Singleplayer Demo Build

Uploaded a Free Demo Version with the Multiplayer disabled.

This Build will remain essentially 'as is' with only the Full Release Continuing to receive updates but should give Players somewhat of an Idea of how the Game plays and to get to grips with things like the Crafting, Cooking and Inventory Systems.
