"Launching"

Well, today I pressed the button. 

Big moment. I've never really done anything like this before, so perhaps I should do a little introduction to myself and the project. 

My name is Liam. I'm a writer based in Hong Kong. I used to work writing video games here that were aimed at girls. They were terrible romance games and when I told my female students about them they would unanimously tell me that they didn't care about dating games and would much rather play a murder mystery. 

Working as a writer for the games company here, I realized that writing a game and coding the game kind of go hand in hand. At that time, I had no programming experience but I quickly learned that it wasn't as hard as I had imagined. I enjoy coding. It's a very satisfying and unique thing. 

So anyway, here we are. My little game "launches" today. I don't really expect anyone to play it or to enjoy the state that they find it in but I'm very open to hearing from anyone who does. It might be enough motivation for me to put the work in to make it something special.
