Version 0.2 is now available

This version implements scoring, fatalities and a title screen.

Implemented on this release:

• Implemented scoring;
• Now the player's special attacks actually do damage;
• Implemented stage fatality for "The Pit": just press down 4 times;
• Added title screen.

Known bugs:

• The special attack can be cancelled if fired in multiple succession;
• Leftmost 8 pixels at the left side of the screen are being blanked out;
• "Finish Him" has no time limit.
