Bug Fixes!!

Wow I sure messed up didnt I? There's been a lot of little bugs that people have pointed out and I've done my best to fix as many as possible. Some noteworthy fixes are:

• Clipping issues in the purple town and  white house
• Location transfers being messed up
• One of the effects not working properly
• Sprite sheet errors
• generic RPG Maker portraits still being in the game at some points.

There's probably more unfortunately, but  the next versions will have actual bug testers so this severe amount of errors doesn't happen again.
