Version whatever.1

...I just realized I never assigned a version number to the original version. 

Anyway...

I updated the game:

• Tweaked the truck cabin to make more obvious where the truck is pointing at
• Fixed the GPS arrow to appear to pivot over the truck regardless of camera position
• Tweaked camera to move more gently and keep the entire truck and trailer chain visible at all times
• Made dialogs and texts and buttons a little bit bigger for no reason whatsoever... yeah... no reason...
• Added an app icon.
