- Added Calculator (which was actually already sitting there unfinished for a while...)
- Made scrolling faster in PEChat
- Fixed window.isActive not being set properly
- Shutting down now softly quits all open programs (sometimes........)
- Setting your background to something that isn't an image no longer bricks* Windows PE
- Minor Control Panel visual enhancements
