PUM Revision 23 updates Scene Designer!

What can I say, it is stronger than me :)

• Scene Designer was falling short, I generalized it a bit and added 10 new elements to a total of d20
  
  • Includes personal elements
  • Emotional and discussion dramas
  • Location and discovery seeds
• Added even better option in the Expectations Checker, because things can also go well
• Added Enemy Type to the Combat Designer
• Re-wrote some segments of the advice section
• PUM available in DriveThruRPG soon!
