Hotfix v.1.0.4 - Memory Leak Bug

There was a serious memory leak issue causing the game to lag and crash when activating a Targeting upgrade in the ??? screen.

Changes in v1.0.4:

• FIXED: Targeting upgrade now includes star rating for all levels.
