Dear all PUM players,
Thank you so much for your lately kind words. After playing for a while last night, I started feeling some Scene Designer responses were not quite fulfilling or evoking for me. I have brained them for a while longer, and I believe wording can always be better. Let's take a look:
Scene Designer: I have removed World Building Time and favorable or unfavorable events, direct or indirect opposition, in favor of more concrete but neutral callbacks to world history, iconic events, danger, new characters and tough decisions to make.
Challenge Designer: I have tried to place more verbs and fewer nouns, so we are less likely to get stuck at figuring out how a challenge is translated.
Yes or No oracle: I have replaced caveat only if... with unless... It seems more fitting to most answers for an exceptional reference.
New advice: Using the oracles for an adventure seed, suggests a way of using PUM elements to generate quests and plot hooks.
