A few changes and bug-fixes that didn't make the Jam version:
Bug: it was possible to get stack overflows in some circumstances. FIXED.
Gameplay change: held balloons now change the direction of saws when they collide, meaning you can use them as shields. This makes the game somewhat easier, but I think it works as a concept.
Some new effects were added when things are spawned.
Some new, and some altered, sounds.
Some other, minor things.
