First post-jam update.

• New enemies added.
• Added aiming line
• Added settings menu.
• Added option for toggle-clicking instead of click & drag.
• Popups now indicate information about what enemies are coming in the next wave.
• Updated some graphics and animations.

Known Issues

• Crappy crates have a sfx bug
