Post Jam Update: It's Nerf or Nothing

Behold, the (hopefully) most balanced version of the game yet!
- slightly reduced bullet speed and increased turret shoot delay

- added small flash before turrets shoot

- added jam mode for those who want to play the original jam version (jam version is also available for download)

QoL:

- added in-game tutorial

- added quit to menu hotkey (escape)
