Motion 1.4.5 update

Another minor update bringing about some improvements to the visuals.

• Disturbance update
  • There is a new fluffy friend who now runs away just like the birds but from bush to bush
• Barrier changes
  
  • Hitting the edge of the level will show you a faint white wall to indicate the edge when you bounce off it, it should make make it easier to know where the edge is
• Hitspark fixes
  • The launcher hitspark was the wrong way round, I flipped the sprite for it horizontally
  • The downward hitspark is also the wrong way round so that was also fixed the same way
