Note that the public release will be in 2 weeks. You can also skip the waiting time by buying Star Knightess Aura on itch.
Another month is over, another month we get closer to the magic 50% milestone. This month focuses on side-content and real world corruption content with plenty of new mental changes. We also have a bunch of new illustrations. To summarize the update we have 3 new H-CGs, 1 new costume, 5 new mental changes, 2 new lewd scenes, 9 new corruption scenes and 2 new quests.
In Roya, you can now find two new quests. One, if you have completed the Hermit quest and have Theft 2 will get prompted by Desmond. If you ever thought that Trademond hasn't been rewarding Aura enough for heroid deeds, then his idea will sound pretty good. The corruption gain from it though... Well, Alicia will be happy.
The other quest can be found in the Adventurer Guild in Nephlune and unlocks the mansion of Lord Nephlune with a sneak puzzle for a pretty loaded chest. Finally, on the lewd side Aura can now repeat having sex with the drug dealer to get her fill. This repeat version of the prior Asking For Drugs 3 are also both now illustrated. Finally, the Hermann event chain is closing in to its end with the Fake Marriage event where Hermann puts forth his largest offer yet --- including a magic ring that can increase all of Aura's attributes by up to 8! Ui, though... Well, those who have played it know the consequences, and those who haven't have fun finding out! The Hermann events also now come with illustrations, the new costume is in and the kiss between Aura and Hermann also has some pictures now.
Moving on to the mental world. Here we have a bunch of new mental changes, most focusing on the academic side. Clear out the first shelf of knowledge in the knowledge room, corrupt the diligence orb, plant the seed in Aura's mind that instead of going to a highly prestigious university she should rather dream of becoming a model! The mental changes also come with a bunch of real world corruption scenes, putting everything into place for her further downfall. In the scenes you can see Aura performance dropping and her test scores finally starting to suffer from this.
Note that even though I listed 5 new mental changes, the mental change count increased by more since a few of the Chapter 2 mental changes are 2-step mental changes.
I wanted to get a couple more corruption scenes in, especially Aura Dev 5 and have Aura cancel her game as a consequence of the diligence orb corruption, but oh well, I guess that's for next month.
Other than that, we also have one more change in the real world that arrived just today: The H-CG set for Aura and George having sex in Sexy Times With George 3!
Starting next month I will focus on closing out the 3 current main quest lines + create the remaining side content so clearing them is actually possible :'D. There isn't much missing in terms of side content. It's """"just"""" 3 side quests (Paul's first quest, John's second, and the first Intermediate Adventurer quest which will focus on clearing the boss in the Level 2 Domain in the Nephlune Vault). Doing them together with the closeout of the main quests and also progressing the real world corruption so that we can reach the 50% milestone in a timely manner will be tough, but should be doable.
On a final note, there is also some progress on the menu overhaul, but it's going slow. The coder I hired finished impleneting 2 menus and the UI artist seems to be stuck on the battle HUD. Let's see how this developes. They aren't charging extra money for the extra hours they are taking, so it's not too much of a problem for my side.
Oh right, also on a final final note, I'm currently only travel to join a wedding of a friend's tomorrow, so I won't be too available. over the weekend until Sunday evening when I'm back home (The wifi on our trains is sometimes good and sometimes nonexistent...) If there are any gamebreaking bug, that's the earliest time you can expect a hotfix.
