Beta 3.0

Changes include:

• "Open in" now provides a more graphical interface
• Errors are more likely to display an error dialog box or the Windows PE crash screen instead of the dreaded "Windows Poop Edition has failed." black screen
• The "Music" and "Videos" buttons from the Start Menu now just open their respective folders instead of a dedicated app
• Pressing Tab in Notepad now inserts 4 spaces (like in Vurl IDE)
• (Re-)added ability to change wallpaper in Control Panel
• Re-added Sound Recorder program, which can now save recordings in the non-standard "WPA" format
