Some improvements and finetuning

Added a warning glow to the edge of the view for the enemies that are situated outside of the view.
Gave a slight amount of bonus to the time gotten back from destroying objects.
Fixed a few bugs concerning the extra weapon spawning and dice behaviour.
Some under the hood optimization and code clean up.
