Huge update for Weiss Schwarz Simulator: Adds online multiplayer using Steamworks.
Adds Mushoku Tensei, Assault Lily, BanG Dream, Dal Segno, Circus 20th Anniversary, and various Da Capo III sets. Finally added the green and blue Gurren Lagann cards.
Improvements to deck editor: Can now right click to duplicate a card in the deck, or instantly add a card from the search area to the deck. Can now middle click a card in the deck to change it's artwork.
Changed refresh penalty timing to match official rules change.
