Major update

Toilet Paper, please, has received a major update, and is now on version 2!

Changelog:
-larger window, which fits to your screen size
-introduction text which explains the game
-rolls are now added from the right side
-roll stocks are now displayed on the right side
-added some fruits, pans and fruit baskets in the kitchen
-rolls and objects now fall to the ground
-added music and sounds
-new cover image
