Mech Encounter [1.0.1] Minor Improvements

This is the first bugfix / minor change build for Mech Encounter. For transparency reasons, I've left the original jam entry build for download. 

Changes:

-Enemies now 'taunt' less often

-SRMs are now more viable: they start with more ammunition and have slightly better accuracy

-Improved cockpit visuals

-The speed that your mech turns is now dependent on it's weight and on the speed you're currently moving. If you're going fast, your mech will be harder to turn left and right.

-Enemies can now be seen on the radar

-Other minor improvements and bugfixes
