I got great feedback on this projects and have decided to continue on it for a while.
I had a deal with my fiance that i was allowed to go full steam ahead during the jam but now that it has ended, i have had extra time with my family, (father of 3 kids) going to the zoo and having generally fun.
Updates will be abit slow since i only work on it after the kids bedtime.
I have added so the nodes are a bit more random, the path lines will still be the same and will be changed in the future when i revamp the map into a more generated one.
Added Item slots, a player will only get items that they have a slot for.
New slots can be unlock after defeating a boss.
Added so items can be upgraded.
Nerfed some items that was too powerful.
Buffed some enemies since they were too easy to kill
Revamped all characters, changed dice pool and added item slots.
Added a max size of a dice pool of 15 to make it more balanced.
Added classical dice: D4, D8, D10, D12 and D20
Added so dices can be upgraded
Removed the Dot dices to better fit with the other dices.
A D12 can only be upgrades to a D20 after defeating a boss.
Ignores Block
Damage the players when they press End Turn
Damage the unit after they have attacked.
Poison get halved after it is triggered.
Enemy have a secret dice that will have a value that is unknown until the enemy attack or is raveled other ways.
Did a revamp of the Battle UI to add more juice to it.
Currently only have one boss and one zone, so you can't currently unlock new item slots or upgrade a D12 to D20.
