v0.41 - New Buildable Space

I've added new buildable space as a current bandaid as I have received feedback that building area is getting constrained with the new updates.

Known issue: 

• You cannot stack houses on Mac/Linux builds and on the web version. This will be fixed in the next update.

The web version of v0.41 is pending approval on crazygames and should go live soon.
