New body types!

It's late, but this should have been up yesterday. 

Additions:

Added Kid, Curvy, and Broad body types. Curvy and Broad tend to be slightly taller than Neutral.

Curvy Exclusions: Size1

Broad Exclusions: Size1, Size2

Major changes:

-More defined nose on size6, size7

-Less bouncy butt

-New faces for all Size7 (Kid excluded)

-Improved face on size4, size 6, added mouths on 4~6

-Colour regulations (some colours not being on-palette especially)

I've also just not included RPG Maker formatting this time, since it's just for walksprites right now. I'll add them again when I make more animations. To use individual animations in RPG Maker, add a "$" prefix to the filename.
