Update for Slayers 1.5!

This update features a major visual update to the Beholden class and the Flooded Burg district, bringing it up to match the new aesthetic style and layout in Slayers 1.5! The Beholden was originally written with the Slayers 1.5 rules changes in mind, so the actual content of the files is the same as the original version, just with a fresh coat of paint.
