2022-07-21: General Update

This general update comes with many additions/changes as well as a bug fix. Refer to the full changelog for details.

• Increased drop variety to addicts and hoarders.
• Bullet shell ejection effect.
• Muzzle flash light effect.
• Grenade bounce noise.

Changed

• Delete tool in map editor now removes lights.
• Weapons sitting on the ground are now highlighted so that they are easier to see.
• Removed weapon menu background rectangle.

Fixed

• Issue with spawning the merchant in certain situations.
