v0.25b Hotfix

The release last night was rushed and a bit broken, so here's a hotfix that should solve the most blatant issues

• Fixed checkpoint restart issues in course levels
• Fixed teleporting issue in dogfight scenario
• Enemy fighter AI has been improved
• Carrier targeting AI has been improved
• Sound effects have been added for shot flybys, and for certain cockpit actions
• Misc. level design changes in all course levels

There are some things that I haven't quite been able to sort out yet, such as all of the lights lacking range and intensity with the new render pipeline.
