Version 1.4.1: minor improvements

Version 1.4.1 was released today. This is a minor bug fix version

The following changes were made:

• Improved flanking. Flanking happens less often. Improved code to abort flanking movement when enemy changes position.
• Bug fix: Allies don't go into  overwatch if friendlies in way
• AI exits overwatch if hit, or if overwatch fails to trigger
• Fence and scrap merchant pay more on easy and normal levels
• Optimal cover algorithm accounts for enemy hiding behind doors
• Fix animation bug when discover new enemy
• Made normal level easier in advanced stages

Note: Games saves from old versions are compatible
