2022-07-20: Major Update
The project now has an official name, the Imperium Scenario System! With this new name also comes a renewed focus on the goal of the project, which will be to provided a collection of 2D single-player gamemodes or “scenarios”. There is currently only the original scenario, (Zombie Onslaught, formerly Onslaught), but more are planned for the near future.
Regarding actual game-related changes, the random map generation system has been removed and replaced with a static map system. In addition, maps can now be created and modified with an editor that is available in-game. This will hopefully provide a more flexible and customizable experience moving forward.
Many other changes are included in this update, please refer to the full changelog below.
